Good Fortune Fengshui (S$68/US$41.20) SOLD

One of my favourite aspects of jewellery-making is the fun derived from learning new things. For example, I learned that the pendant on this necklace is often used by Fengshui practitioners as a symbol of wealth.

The day this "coin" came home with me was also the day a nice, chatty cab driver shared the story of each individual behind "Fu Lu Shou." I had known that Fu Lu Shou represents longevity, high status and wealth (I don't think in that order, so please forgive my ignorance), but never knew the background.
