Lavender & Steel (S$66/US$40) NOW VARSHA'S

Amethyst beads and chips pick up the smoky streaks of lavender which run through the steely gray of the mother-of-pearl shell beads. I thought that the amethyst would be a nice alternative to more predictable silver accents, and I'm glad the combo worked!

Clasp and extension chain are rhodium. The inner part of the necklace measures about 16 1/2 inches. All wirework in non-tarnish silvertone wire. This double-strand necklace also features Swarovski pearls.

I'm thinking of making a bracelet in these hues as well and will definitely post a pic when that gets done.
