Tropical Winter - SOLD

It's pouring outside and a cool breeze is blowing .... ah, such is "winter" in the tropics! So with thoughts of Christmas on my mind, and the dark/red combo still whirling around in the inspiration, here is a pair of ear-rings which reflects my current mood :)

Gold-sheen Obsidian and red Sponge Coral team up in this creation. The Obsidian beads look like they're different colours, but they're not really. One bead shows the bit with the "gold-sheen" and the other shows the bit without. You can just twirl the beads around to highlight whichever part you prefer.

Capping each Obsidian bead are a pewter bedcap and a 4mm A/B Swarovski crystal. Ear threads are 925 silver.

* Metaphysical Properties of Obsidian: Obsidian is said to help the user gain insights into any problem. This gemstone is also supposed to help improve vision.

* Metaphysical properties of Coral: Coral is said to be a stress-buster and is also believed to bring calm to the user. Some people believe that coral helps restore harmony too.
