Big & Bold - SOLD

Expect to attract a lot of attention when you have this necklace on as it is un-
abashedly big and bold.

The large and heavy flat stones -- including the pendant -- are Mookaite (also known as Australian Jasper), named after a 700,000-acre sheep farm in Western Australia. I think this stone/mineral was first found in that area. I just love the warm markings on Mookaite.

Mookaite is said to be a powerful healing stone which also imparts strength to the user. It is supposed to protect from difficult situations (jasper is a protective stone after all) too.

Large goldtone pewter beads act as spacers; red jasper chips and agate beads then provide the connection between the necklace and the clasp. The pendant also features Czech glass and a red jasper dangle wearing a goldtone pewter bead cap.

Necklace length (minus pendant) is about 19 inches.
