Fringe Benefits Ear-Rings (S$34/US$20.60)

Pearls are a traditional symbol of love, so I thought it appropriate that since Valentine's Day is a couple of weeks away, to create a lush concoction to commemmorate that celebration.

And as my cousin Belinda has said before, this day of love can have many different meanings; let's make Valentine's more than just a day about romantic love but also a day to show appreciation to those near and dear.

Both the ear-rings and bracelet in this creation feature thick fringes of Swarovski and glass "pearls" in classic shades of light grey, white and dark grey.

To make this set a little different, each fringe ends in a handworked silvertone scroll.

Ear-ring hoops are 925 silver, diameter is 3cm.

Bracelet measures a little over 7 inches but may be shortened to an appropriate length for you. Bracelet chain and toggle are rhodium.

This set is at a very special price. Separately, they would be S$34 for the ear-rings and S$40 for the bracelet. (Update: Bracelet is sold)
