"Oprah Shoes"

Warning: Extreme girly post ahead .... :-)

Lookie here at what I simply couldn't resist! Remember a few posts ago, I had mentioned seeing a lovely pair of shoes which were the wrong size? Well guess what --I finally found them in my size (US - 5 1/2) and ON SALE!!!

My friend and colleague Angie would probably dub these "Oprah Shoes" 'cos the heel is so high, all I would probably be able to do is walk a few steps in them and then sit a lot. Once on the Oprah show, Oprah had on a pair of shoes with these heels which were like 10 storeys high or something and she called them her "one hour" shoes because that was the longest she could last in them.

Oh I love Oprah. Some may slam her show for being touchy-feely and shallow and all, but I admire the woman and how she seems to genuinely care about doing her part to make this world a better place. If I ever make it to the Oprah show (one can dream), I'm going to wear these stilts .... uh ... shoes.
