Preview: Goddess ~ Power & Authority

Here is a preview of one of the new creations which will be going to That Boutique Bazaar this weekend.

Blingalicious takes a creative "trip" to Egypt! This is the first of the Ancient Egypt series and features a kneeling Isis pendant.

Isis is the ancient Egyptian goddess of love, devotion, magic, heaven and earth. Here, she holds the life-giving solar disc above her head, making this pendant a symbol of power and authority.

The rest of the necklace carries on the ancient Egyptian theme in hues of dumortierite (looks like lapis lazuli, doesn't it), coral, turquoise and gold.

This is the only kneeling Isis pendant I have for now. Look out for more creations which feature other Isis pendants, ankhs, scarabs and the eye of Horus.
