Tyger, Tyger - NOW NOT AVAILABLE
Tyger, tyger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
And so begins the much-loved The Tiger by William Blake. Somehow, studying Blake wasn't as much fun as rediscovering him and the other Romantics when exams and papers weren't involved!
Anyways, here is a small nod to Blake. This pair of ear-rings features cascades of small round Tigereye beads hanging off larger square Smokey Quartz faceted beads. Wirework scrolls and a touch of Swarovski crystals add visual interest.
Ear hooks, wires and jump rings are 14K gold-filled. Drop is almost 7cm or 2 3/4 inches.
Tigereye is said to impart strength and courage while Smokey Quartz is supposed to be super for deflecting negative energy and helping one achieve one's goals. Sounds like a perfect combo to wear if one needs to deal with poisonous personalities at work, home or play ... hahahahaha!
