Here is the warm, glowing citrine version of Treasured Moments - Amethyst.

Whilst creating this piece, I was thinking of sunshine, laughter and hugs :) [I told you I was turning into a sappy thing!!!!]

The photo doesn't do the gem-quality Citrine squares justice. They are beautifuly cut and when they catch the light, seem to dance on your ears.

Within the textured frames dangle faceted citrine rondells and relatively rare andalusite.

All gold bits, including ear hooks, wirework and textured frame are 14K gold-filled.

Though it doesn't quite show up quite so nicely in photos, this piece is oh so dramatic.

It's definitely a special occasion pendant/necklace -- the kind you'd wear with your hair swept up, with your decolletage dusted with shimmer and this bold piece drawing attention to your face.

Little faceted citrine rondells (total of 1.5 carats) accent one curvy "arm" which ends in a brilliant citrine briolette (approx 4 carats).


At the end of the other curvy "arm" its twin (also approx 4 carats) sparkles.

The pendant is about 8.5cm long. You choose the length of the necklace, though I'd recommend that you keep it relatively short (eg. 16 inches or so).

All gold bits (including wirework, curvy frame, fine gold-filled necklace and clasp) are 14K gold-filled.

Golden Delight - SOLD!

This piece is being offered at a special price because I feel like it :)

Looks like I have a thing for curvy shapes, eh? Blame the rounding belly for this!!! :D

In this creation, two golden circles join to form a lucky figure eight.

Within the larger circle dangles a little "baby" made of beautifully faceted gemstone quality citrine (stone of good luck and wealth).

What's a little more unusual about this stone is that it's a fat diamond shape, not round or pear or briolette as is more commonly found.

The citrine gets accents of faceted black onyx and andalusite.

Significantly, I chose seven stones as accents as seven, to some ancient cultures, is the number of completion.

Then add the seven stones to the citrine and you get 8 stones! So actually this piece should be named 88 (double luck in Chinese)! Hahahhahaha!

All gold, including wirework, circles and 16-inch chain are 14K gold-filled (much, much more gold than gold-plating).

This piece is also available just as a pendant if you don't want the chain.

New Beginnings - for my mother-in-law

Apart from the Garden Fairy, my mother-in-law is another person I know who has a green thumb -- plants just flourish under her care. Even almost-beyond-redemption specimens respond to her ministrations and I can't even recognise some of the "patients" we have given to her: they look 1,000 times better than when they were in our care :)

So here is a tribute to her magical touch with plants. This pair of ear-rings are her Christmas prezzie.

They're green amethyst faceted pears with a scattering of tiny faceted emerald rondelles and a dash of citrine for good luck.
