These ear-rings are named in honour of a LOVELY evening spent with a LOVELY person today :-)

The focal bead is a lightweight Japanese bead. The pattern is said to be a kimono print, but I really don't know about these things and so am only repeating what I was told. The pattern is not painted on, but stuck on.

Thin gold chains pick up the gold tones while sleek black onyx beads pick up the ebony shades. Swarovski A/B crystals add a little sparkle. Ear hooks are 14k gold filled.
